        The 13th Annual Oceanbridge Golf Day proved to be a huge success, with a record number of over 100 of our customers and suppliers turning out for the event, held at Aviation Golf Course on 19th Feb
The charities this year were Cure Kids and Auckland Asthma, both of whom went away with a $15,000 cheque. In attendance were Deon Boonzaier from Cure Kids and Linda Thompson from Asthma Auckland.
The sun shone, sausages sizzled and spirits were high throughout the day. At prizegiving, the winners were announced and the charities presented with their cheques. A couple of lucky people walked way with top prizes such as golf clubs donated by Robert Thompson design, and travel vouchers donated by Qantas and Voyage Affaires. Thank you to all those who also donated prizes, sponsored a hole and/or brought raffle tickets.
Particularly memorable was the letter that Deon read out from a mother whose sick daughter had benefited from the medical research that Cure Kids help to fund, reminding us all of what we were there for.
All in all a very memorable day!
