   On the weekend of the 21st of March) the Oceanbridge racing team took part in the Platu 25 National Champs! It was a tough 2 days on the water with varying wind conditions that proved tough for the fleet, but our crew came away with the championship win!
Out of 7 races the Oceanbridge team finished 1,1,2,5,3 and 5th. In the last race, about 20m from the finish line, the team were placed 2nd but all of a sudden the wind died down in a vacuum around the boat and the whole fleet ended up sailing past. But even this strange event couldn’t knock the team out of top position after such consistently good results.
The team is now setting their next goals, with events hopefully in Asia in the lead up to the Platu 25 Worlds in Italy in September 2009.
